On the North Shore are multiple shopping centres from small boutique to large malls. All have plenty of parking and a variety of shops.

Browns Bay shops - only a couple of minutes drive adjasent to Browns Bay beach.
Westfield Centre Albany - a major centre containing a movie events centre food hall and close to outlet store precent.
Milford beach shops and mall - adjacent to Milford beach.
Takapuna beach shops and mall - adjacent to Takapuna beach has a movie centre.
Devonport - a shopping centre located on the inner harbour with a village feel to it. Also has ferries across to the Auckland City.
